The infrared heat heats you up from the inside out without any great physical exertion, which means that sweating occurs a little later than in a traditional sauna, but is all the more intense. You also sweat for longer as the heat is retained in the body for longer. This infrared cabin is an excellent alternative for people who find the traditional sauna too hot or who have previously avoided the sauna experience due to circulatory problems, as the more pleasant temperatures do not put too much strain on the body. The quality is also impressive: Hemlock fir wood is one of the finest and densest woods in the world. Due to its natural properties, it has an excellent thermal insulation capacity and is therefore ideal for use in sauna systems. The heat is retained in the sauna interior, while the temperature of the outer layer of the sauna remains almost at room temperature. This characteristic of this valuable raw material means that there is no noticeable heat loss and therefore no unnecessary energy consumption.
